The verdict

A glossy, expensive, often unhinged soap opera that thinks it's prestige drama, and honestly we love that for it. Season one was genuinely sharp. Season two had the COVID detour from hell. Season three rediscovered its appetite for chaos with a hostile takeover plot that gave Billy Crudup his entire victory lap. Watch it for the Aniston-Witherspoon tension and the unhinged plot twists.
